This is for the non-HD version. If you're Kindle Fire has a camera, you have the HD version. We're not fixing that yet.

Here's how the process works for your Screen Repair:

  1. Bring it to our store at a time that's convenient for you.
  2. We'll check it into our system and get some basic information from you. You don't pay for the repair at this time. You pay after it's fixed.
  3. Leave your Kindle Fire with us for 48-72 hours.
  4. Once we have it fixed and tested, we'll give you a call (or email if you prefer) to let you know it's ready.
  5. Come back to our store at another time that's convenient for you. Pick up and pay for the repair. We accept cash or credit cards (including American Express).
