How long will this take?

We get all Apple iPhone 4S repairs done and mailed out within 24 hours. Most of the delay depends upon shipping. Using Priority Mail in both directions, you'll be without your iPhone 4S for 5-6 business days.

Will I lose my data?

Ordering Your iPhone 4S Repair

  2. On the next page, you'll see a summary of your order. Verify all the information is correct.
  3. Select how you'd like to pay for your repair. You can use a credit card or Paypal.

Shipping Us Your iPhone 4S

  1. Please send your device with the battery in it. Don't send us a charger, the original packaging, or any accesssories - just your device with the battery in it.
  2. Wrap it up in bubble wrap and put it in a small cardboard box or a bubble wrap lined envelope. All of these items can be gotten at the US Post Office.

    We recommend that whatever mailing method you use, get a tracking number for the shipment so you can see where it is at all times.

What We Do

  1. When we receive your device, we'll send you an email letting you know.
  2. Within 24 hours your iPhone 4S will be fixed. If we encounter any problems, we will call or email you right away.
  3. We then wrap it up in bubble wrap and mail it back using 2-3 day return shipping from the US Post Office.
  4. We send you an email as soon as it has shipped out. You will also get an email from the US Post Office with a tracking number for the shipment.
