How long have you been in business?

JCD Repair was started in a Seattle basement in 2007. Chicago became our 2nd location in 2009. Today we are out of the basement. In fact, 2012 alone saw us fix 20,000+ devices & and do over $1 million in sales.

What's included with my repair?

You get a full-service repair: Parts, labor, and a 6 month warranty. Get us your device and we take care of everything from there. It's that simple.

Do you have a diagnostic fee?

Nope. Our philosophy is simple: We either fix your device or you don't pay. In addition, you'll always be told in advance exactly how much the repair is going to cost.

What's the quality of your parts?

High quality. We've spent years finding great suppliers that provide top-notch components. We also include a 6 month warranty with all repairs to give you extra piece of mind.

What's your warranty policy?

You get a 6 month warranty that covers all parts and labor. It's extremely rare but if anything stops working or looking right, we'll fix it for you again free of charge. Our warranty does not cover new, physical damage (like being dropped or getting dunked in water).
