Shipping Us Your Dash 3G

Please send your device with the battery in it. Don't send us a charger, the original packaging, or any accesssories - just your device with the battery in it.
Wrap it up in bubble wrap and put it in a small cardboard box or a bubble wrap lined envelope. All of these items can be gotten at the US Post Office.

What We Do

When we receive your device, we'll send you an email letting you know.
Within 24 hours your Dash 3G will be fixed. If we encounter any problems, we will call or email you right away.
We then wrap it up in bubble wrap and mail it back using 2-3 day return shipping from the US Post Office.
We send you an email as soon as it has shipped out. You will also get an email from the US Post Office with a tracking number for the shipment.
