Jet City Device Repair started in Seattle in 2007 and it's become the premier cell phone repair shop in Seattle. We're currently located in the heart of Fremont with lots of free parking around and plenty of great restaurants in the area.
Our Seattle Repair Shop and Staff
In 2009 Jet City Device Repair started its second shop in Chicago. In June of 2011 we renamed the company Chicago Smart Phone Repair, built a new website and moved to our current location on the west side of Lincoln Park.
We are conveniently located a short distance off of I-90/94 with plenty of free street parking available. For those taking the El, we are just a 10 minute walk from the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line stop.

Jet City Device Repair is a full-service, cell phone repair shop with locations in Seattle and Chicago. We have been in business since March of 2007 and have fixed thousands of cell phones in that time - and we are very good at it.
Our top service is replacing the cracked glass screen on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad 2, and a variety of Verizon Droid phones. All of our repairs are available through our mail-in service or in person for Chicago and Seattle residents. Mail-in repairs are completed in about 24 hours and walk-in repairs are usually done in about 30 minutes. These are full service repairs that include parts, labor, and a 90 day warranty.
We have a repair shop in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle and a subsidiary, called Chicago Smart Phone Repair, in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.
