We are not always hiring for all positions but we are always looking for great people. Plus we’re growing! This is the front lines in our company. It requires both technical skills and people skills. You’ll be fixing iPhones, iPads, Samsung phones, and possibly other devices. You’ll also be interfacing directly with customers: answering the phones, checking people in, taking payments, and just chatting and being friendly. Sometimes you’ll find yourself doing all these things at once and it can get a little hectic. The ideal person for this job can stay calm and collected no matter how crazy things get.
One of the most challenging positions in our company because it requires all the skills of a repair technician PLUS the ability to manage people. We often say a successful store manager’s job is 80% repair technician and 20% manager. Why? Because a good store manager hires great people, trains them well, and creates a great place to work. This results in a store that almost runs itself. Sound like a challenge you’re up for? Then give us a shout.
This job requires great problem solving skills, solid communication abilities, and a love for spreadsheets. You should find joy when designing a spreadsheet that pulls data from other spreadsheets, sorts it, puts it into one tab, then transforms it again for final presentation as a graph or table of relevant data in another tab. The reason is because you will be expected to find and evaluate vendors on quality, price, speed, honesty, and a variety of other variables. Not to mention working with all of our different locations to make sure they have the parts they need when they need them.
Lead Generation for Sales
This is not only a challenging position but one that can be very lucrative financially and a great stepping stone to even bigger opportunities. It involves discovering qualified leads for our bulk repair division and then setting up an appointment for our sales team to close the deal. This job will involve a lot of freedom and autonomy to discover these qualified leads. It involves a lot of emailing, time on the phone, mining the web for good contacts, and then keeping all that data organized. It also involves a lot of rejection. You should probably find the word, “No,” to be a motivational speech. But when successful, this position can drive massive revenue for our company.
