Does your iPhone have partial or complete loss of touch functionality? Has a local shop diagnosed it as "touch disease"? How about gray bars that occasionally flicker from the top of the screen?
If any of these describe your phone you probably need the touch IC repair.
Our technicians can perform this work in 24-72 hours. Because of the special equipment required to do this work, we are currently only offering it at our Bellevue, WA store (either in-person or through the mail).
This repair requires us to remove 2 chips from the logic board of your device; clean up their contact points with the board and replace them with two new ones. With any board level repair there is always a chance it may not survive the repair process. A very small portion of these repairs fail and we take every precaution possible to prevent this from happening, but from time to time it does. We highly recommend making a backup of your data if possible in the event the device doesn't make it through the process.
Don't worry, if we can't fix your device, we won't charge you for it (or we'll refund your payment if you've already paid).
Please include (or remove) the passcode to unlock the device or there will be no way we can properly test if the repair was successful.
We currently only fix the iPhone 6 Plus through our mail-in service. If you live near one of our stores, you can drop it off in-person and they will take care of all the shipping and handling for you.
I need to mail
it to you.
