JCD Repair's Lifetime Warranty Policy

Jet City Device Repair has always been an industry leader in our warranty policy. Most places offer a 6-month or 1-year warranty. Not us. We are so confident in the parts we sell that we offer a lifetime guarantee on screen repairs, cameras, charging ports, LCDs, OLEDs, and almost any other repair service. There are a few exceptions to this policy and we'll make those clear below, but for the vast majority of our repairs, you can be extremely confident you're getting a high-quality part installed by well trained technicians.

It's Rare but...

We have fixed over 250,000 devices since Jet City's inception in 2008, and currently fix about 800-1,000 devices per month. Our vendors, both those overseas and domestic, have been vetted over years and chosen because they provide high-quality parts at a reasonable price (and offer excellent customer service). JCD technicians are well trained and many of them have been with us for years. They are true professionals.

Even so, at the volume of repairs we do, sometimes something goes wrong. When that happens, we'll fix your device again at no charge. No fee for a new part. No labor cost. No diagnostic charge. Free means free.

And It's Simple

Simply contact us if something goes wrong with our parts quality or workmanship. You can call, email, or text message us to set up a time to come back in. We'll do a quick review of the device to make sure there's no new damage and, once we verify the problem, we'll fix it again. And did we mention it'll be free?
