A common question people ask: “Why the name Jet City Device Repair?” Since we fix so many iPhones and iPads, people wonder why not something more Apple related like iDevice Repair or iSeattle Repair or iRock At Fixing Things.
Everyone loves to save money. We love our customers.
What do those two things have to do with each other? Besides working constantly to find ways to reduce our prices, we’ve also offered several discounts over the years. Most of these have never been publicized so I figured now was the time to put them all in one place to help you, our customer, save some money.
Exciting news: You now get a lifetime warranty on all work done by JCD Repair. And it gets better: this lifetime warranty is being retroactively applied to every device we’ve ever fixed. If you ever have a problem with the part or workmanship on one of our fixes, we will redo it for free.

It’s located at: 16144 NE 87th Street in Redmond, WA, 98052.
For 4 years, JCD Repair has been fixing broken iPhone Screens. We’ve learned a tremendous amount about how to do this repair the right way. From the suppliers to buy parts from, to the exact tools and supplies to use, to small tips & tricks that make the repair go smoothly and turn out perfect. Recently, I filmed one of our top technicians doing an iPhone 4 screen replacement and we’ve decided to use this video for training our future employees. We thought maybe the rest of the world could benefit from this video, too, so we’re sharing it on this blog.
