Where can we meet?

We're happy to meet you in any public place: an office, coffee shop, lobby of a building, etc.

When can we meet?

This service is available from 11am - 4pm Monday - Friday. Of course, you're welcome to contact us at any time to setup an appointment.

How long will it take?

An iPhone repair takes about 30 minutes. During business hours we should be able to meet you within an hour of your repair request.

How much does it cost?

We charge a flat fee of $15 for this service (added on to the cost of your repair).

How do I pay for the service?

You pay in-person after we fix your iPhone. The technician will ONLY accept credit card payments.

Only in the Chicago Loop?

Yes - for the time being. If the service is popular, we will roll it out to all our locations.
