In 2009 JCD Repair started its second shop in Chicago. We are located just west of DePaul University on the western edge of Lincoln Park. We are conveniently located a short distance off of I-90/94 with plenty of free street parking available. For those taking the El, we are just a 10 minute walk from the Fullerton Red/Brown/Purple line stop.
Our Redmond store is conveniently located right by the Bella Botega movie theater. There's plenty of free parking and restaurants. All of this makes getting your iPhone, iPod, or iPad as simple as possible.

JCD Repair started in Seattle in 2007 and it's become the premier cell phone repair shop in Seattle. We're currently located in the heart of Wallingford with lots of free parking around and plenty of great restaurants just up the street.
Our new location in Madison makes it even easier for you to get your iPhone, iPod or iPad fixed. We now have a proper retail space with plenty of free parking and a nice waiting area. Or if you prefer, you can drop your device off and grab a bite to eat or do some shopping at Hilldale mall down the street.
JCD Repair is a full-service, cell phone repair shop with locations in Chicago, Redmond, Seattle & Madison. We have been in business since March of 2007 and have fixed thousands of devices in that time and we are very good at it.
Our top service is replacing the cracked glass screen on iPhones, iPod Touches, and iPads. We also do battery replacements, water damage, and more. All repairs are available through our mail-in service or in person at one of our local stores. Mail-in repairs are completed in about 24 hours and in-person repairs are usually done in about 45 minutes. These are full service repairs that include parts, labor, and a 6 month warranty.
