How long have you been in business?

JCD Repair was started in a Seattle basement in 2007. Today we are in a retail location on Wallingford Ave and have 3 additional locations. We also employ 15 people and have fixed over 30,000 devices. Your iPhone, iPod or iPad will be in good - and experienced - hands.

What's included with my repair?

You get a full-service repair: Parts, labor, and a 6 month warranty. Get us your device and we take care of everything from there. It's that simple.

Do you have a diagnostic fee?

Nope. Our philosophy is simple: We either fix your device or you don't pay. In addition, you'll always be told in advance exactly how much the repair is going to cost.

What's the quality of your parts?

Your broken device will get the highest quality parts on the market. We've spent years finding suppliers that provide top-notch components. For your extra piece of mine, we also include a 6 month warranty on all repairs.

What's your warranty policy?

You get a 6 month warranty that covers all parts & labor. It's extremely rare but if anything stops working or looking right, we'll fix it for you again free of charge. Our warranty does not cover new, physical damage (like being dropped or getting dunked in water).
