JCD Repair has been fixing phones for people in Seattle since 2007. From its origins as a one man business with the owner working from his apartment, it has grown into a full-scale retail shop in Wallingford. Today we have 5 highly qualified technicians on staff and they fix thousands of iPhones, iPads, iPods, and more every year.
If you live in Seattle and need our services, we would love to help. Most of our repairs are done in 45 minutes or less (the iPad is an exception - we need 24 hours for that repair). In addition, all of our repairs are full-service and include parts, labor, and a 90 day warranty.
We try to make the experience of getting your device fixed as pleasant as possible. There is plenty of free street parking, we accept all major credit cards (including American Express), we have fun magazines to read, great local shopping & food up the street, and skilled repair technicians to make sure you go home happy.

Getting Your Device Fixed
Having your iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad or any other broken device fixed at our Seattle shop is a simple process. Just follow these 5 steps.

- Show up on time at our shop.
- Wait 30-45 minutes for your repair (iPads take 48-72 hours).
- Pay for the repair.
